I have another "me-to":

After reboot from a NetBSD boot, the comBIOS hangs at the "0512 Mbyte
Memory" and then proceeds without detecting the hard disk (a TOSHIBA
MK3017GAS).

I also noticed the following problem. When I reset the unit by
removing the power, sometime (about 50%) the unit does not power up
immediately after reconnecting the power, it waits almost a minute.

After finding Poul-Henning's post, Subject: "5501 console "Easteregg"
from July 24 and trying the +++ power feature, it looks like that
this is being triggered on those "faulty" power-ups..

The net5501 is one day old, comBIOS version 1.32.
