Try a hard reset. There is a known problem w/ the 5501 where the boot device
is not recognized on reboot. Soekris says they are working on a BIOS update
to address this issue.

Subject: [Soekris] [net5501] no signal after reboot

Hi,

After installing/rebooting OpenBSD on my net5501, i dont get signal trough
the com0 port. When the box boot, i get a countdown for the OS boot and
when it comes to 1, i dont get much signal...
For the moment, i cant do any other tests since i am not at my home but
since i got it in mind i was wondering if anyone have met the same
problem...

At the end of OpenBSD installation i told it to use com0 at 9600 bauds
rate. Maybe it is a rate issue ? (i couldnt test it either, i was too much
in hurry)

Thanks in advance for any feedback,
squale
