My 5501 constantly refuse to boot from flash when the ide disk is connected
1) The system wait 10 seconds (searching for boot unit?)
try to boot from network and after that drop to the
monitor.
2) Id I try to boot the flash (80) from prompt if give me
an "ERROR 25" from Grub. Sometimes it simply hangs with
no messages at all.
If I remove the disk the system
3) boot, wit some initial messages about Bios and DMI
I don't understand.
Can be an PCI interrupt problem ?
Thanks for the patience. Marco
