The ELAN P111 and P222 cards install and operate fine with the card, and will fit in the Soekris case without issue. One problem I have run into previously is that there are a variety of vendors that make clones of those cards, and most of them won't support all functions of the pcmcia cards. In particular, the clone cards that I've obtained previously won't process interrupts correctly.
That manifests itself in my case in the inability to use USB interface cards in the adapter (like a lot of cellular cards are nowdays).
