It's not worth anyone's time really to assemble flash cards from functionaly obsolete components that cost more to manufacture than new ones... if you have a relationship with an industrial flash supplier you can still source these things (at a significant premium to what you might think you should be paying). Even there, smallest we still use are 128MB, and most of the time those have just a boot-loader... cf cards are mostly made of 4 8 or 16 gbit flash chips...
