It can supply 1A @ 12V.  An FXS module requires 3 watts per channel.  So 
If my math is correct, you could drive up to 4 FXS modules with one amp. 
  I wouldn't go above 3.  I have had 3 FXS modules on a Rhino card for 
about a year with no problems powered from the JP15 with a 5A power 
brick supplying 12V to the net5501 board.  It's not likely that any more 
than two of the three are in use at any given time though.
