Robin I have 'real' Debian working fine (all-be-it via pxe) - but I had to use Lilo instead of Grub (Grub kept hanging). If you look at the Lilo conf file there is an option to use the serial port in there. You just need to edit it accordingly.

Most importantly, I wanna run Debian Lenny on my Soekris which doesn't really work with Voyage yet.
