Looking at the CF connector from behind it's the 12th pin from the left on the bottom row. You can see it cut here: http://www.vincze.org/hw/soekris/net5501_CSEL_cut.sized.jpg You really need a small plier as the bottom row pins are much harder to clip than those at top row.
