the connector used on mini pci cards including the one mentioned is the
hirose eletronics u.fl

rp-tnc is the larger of the commonly used antenna connectors on consumer
grade wireless accesspoints... I am reasonably certain that the router
you mention has an rp-sma antenna connector

That card is an Atheros albiet a rather old one.
