It should, the 4 port pci card is around 2.8w. I'd probably go larger
than the default 1.5amp power supply however.

I also wouldn't also try putting a 7200rpm sata disk in there...

You may have something of a heat problem given the size an location of
that card and the standard chassis.

regarding the antenna mounts, you're going to have to do some drilling.
assuming you use mmcx -> rp-sma bulkhead pig tails you could probably
fit them out the left hand (pci slot) side of the board giving them some
extra cable to allow you to slide the case back on, if you're going to
use N bulkhead jacks probobaly only the front panel has enough room, but
you're probably better off at that point using a different kind of
enclosure.

hopefully you're planning on using it outdoors because that card is
serious overkill for an indoor system. Also I'd check your local regs in
poland because I don't think +24dBm is legal for transmit in either band
so unless you have a really long cable you're attaching it to or you are
a liscensed ham radio operator you might want to consider alternative
approaches...
