2A). The top part of the case has gone missing, but it otherwise works
fine.
This is everything you need to build a mobile Stompbox for your
car/bus/motorhome. The 1GB CF card is erased, so it is up to you to
build and install. Everything worked well for me in the year I had this
in operation.
