With out the Patch and the modification I made my wireless point could
be running more than 2 minutes, I got this error:

ath5k phy0: no further txbuf available, dropping packet
ath5k phy0: unsupported jumbo

Maybe it was due my wireless card, I don't know.

lspci
00:0e.0 Ethernet controller: Atheros Communications Inc. AR5212/AR5213
Multiprotocol MAC/baseband processor (rev 01)

lspci -n

00:0e.0 0200: 168c:0013 (rev 01).

Well I'm just happy its working now.
