So it's giving you a "wide" menu, as in not just 15 characters across, that you 
can read?  And it lets you highlight a menu choice?

Odd, I've never seen that come up like that.  Did you get the pxelinux.0 file 
from the link on the page?  I'm assuming you did.

So when you get that prompt, which option do you pick?  Are you just hitting 
<return>?  And then absolutely nothing visible after that to show you what's 
going on?
