I am seeing cold boot issues with the Intel X25-V (40GB) still, documented
elsewhere on this list. I know that's not > 200GB, but maybe it's a useful
datapoint. (Rebooting 'cold' and a warm reboot are not issues; it seems
to be related to the amount of time the drive takes to come up after a
power-off.)
