Are you using "coretemp" for your temp numbers?  If so, I've not seen accurate 
values using coretemp on the Jetway just as with the net6501 (previously 
discussed).

For the Jetway (NF96FL-525) I use the "f71882fg" Linux module with lmsensors...

Using a "NoiseBlocker NB-BlackSilent XM-1 40x10mm Ultra-silent" (whisper quiet) 
 fan and "M350 Universal Mini-ITX Case" (lots of holes).

The Jetway CPU temps average about 40 degC (38-43) above the ambient.

Soren mentiond the net6501-70 runs 32 degC above the ambient using the standard 
case on a table.
