Hi, I have a very similar problem on my Net6501 to that reported here:
http://lists.soekris.com/pipermail/soekris-tech/2011-December/018077.html

I have a normal 2.5" HDD and a Crucial SSD. OpenBSD successfully installed
on both (separately, one at a time) and booted, but after the first boot
the SSD hangs the BIOS for a long time, and seems to be partially detected
but non-functioning (see dmesg below).

The dmesg below is from 1.40h, but I've tried it yesterday with 1.41a, and
the same timeout persists. Everything works great with the normal HDD, and
the SSD always times out (if both are plugged in, as in the dmesg below,
then the normal HD works and the SSD times out).

The SSD works great on other machines; is there anything I can do to let
it work on my Soekris? The diskinfo is from MacOS X:
Name : M4-CT256 M4SSD2 Media
Partition Map Scheme : GUID Partition Table
Media Name : M4-CT256 M4SSD2 Media
Total Capacity : 256.06 GB (256,060,514,304 Bytes)

and serial log follows (note the ahci0 timeout in the OpenBSD boot dmesg):
