added in comBIOS vers 1.16
* console port can be muted during post with
"set conmute=disabled | enabled", ctrl-P can still be used for
entering monitor.
But it don't disable the redirection. Might to something to consider,
but I thave the opinion that's it's the boot loaders responsibility not
to output to both.
