Yes I have left the box off power for a while but that did not help either.

Now if I plug it into power again after more than a day off, the same happens.
I also tried to use the power cable of by second net6501-30 but there the same 
happens

I also removed the SSD and tried to power on but that didn't help either.

 Sometimes my net6501 will do that after a
 reboot and I have to remove
 power for 30s-1m
 or so and then plug it back in and it's fine.
 
 It's not likely related to
 the OS update but to the fact that it was
 rebooted. Latent hardware issues tend to pop up
 during a reboot and
 often get blamed on OS
 updates when it was really bad luck/timing.
 
 There was another time that it
 lit the error LED at bootup because the
 disk
 was failing (or at least replacing the disk let it start
 again).
