no tarball is yet available. The bleeding-sofia-sip branch was closed last
week and all the changes were merged back to the main tree. You can either
get the current CVS tree (the main devel tree), all Pekka's darcs tree
(where most new features are first developed), or wait for the 1.11.8
release:
