Hi, all concerned: Yes, the l-o has a 90-deg shift. The _signals_ do not have the usual 180-deg shift, as in, for example, the R2Pro receiver, which caused me to ask the question about "sideband suppression" claimed for the ESS unit.
Another question is whether the PAL device will operate with inputs as high as 220 MHz, for 6-meter coverage. The only way may be to buy one, and experiment with it to see whether it is the answer to all my sdradio dreams. I want to have a computer-window on the h-f bands while I am wasting time surfing the 'net ;o))) 73, Dave, N3HE --- In [email protected], "Fred Krom" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > I think there is a 90-deg phase shift in the osc signal! > There is programmed PAL (16V8B) in the circuit that will be the "div by 4" for the 90 deg phase shift I think. > > 73, pe0fko > > ----- Original Message ----- (is back up the thread) SNIP Yahoo!
