Hidehiko-san,

as you may know, I have in "construction" a new SDR program. In this
program there will be functions to either :

- Playback an I/Q stereo recording of a chunk (up to 96 kHz) of band,
which will allow to listen at different times at different QSOs (or BC
stations) present in that chunk.

- Record a WAV file with the I/Q components coming from the hardware.

- Record a WAV file with the processed (output) audio from the program.

I think this should cover all of the needs.
