Since we already are faaaar off-topic: ;-)) I fully agree with you Alberto! The Ferrari Brut is a gem, with its light yellow color with a tint of green. I find it tastes a bit of apples. Mostly from Chardonnay grapes I think. Made by the "metodo classico", which implies 2nd fermentation on bottles, and storage for 2 years.
