Thanks for the online article URL Dick. I had seen the Comm Quarterly article and was also very disappointed that the illustrations weren't available online.
I was going to do an ILL (Inter-Library-Loan) application to see if any of the local libraries had Comm Quarterly available, but having the article in a PDF is even better than a scan of the article. It's a very nice article, certainly one that anyone interested in QSD should have in their private library archive(s).
