In the upper right part of that page there is a box labeled
Evaluate/Purchase. Inside it there is a link that says:
Free Evaluation: Windows
It allows you to download (after registration) an evaluation
version that nominally can be used for a given number of days
(I think 30). Bob McGwyier contacted Intel and they said that
the product will continue to work after the expiry date, and
that they had no objections if the use was ham-related, personal
only. You may want to contact Bob at Flexradio for further info.
Failing that, I could upload the old SPL to an FTP site, but
for new development maybe it is best to use the latest version
which undoubtedly will have many bug corrections wrt the old SPL.
