Ray or others,

Under files wb6tpu posted SSB OUT.WAV, is this a I/Q test signal
that can be used for experimenting on a Tx (QSE)?

Joe-

The file was generated by a Matlab script and if I remember correctly
contains a SSB signal centered at 12kHz appropriate for testing SDR
receivers. It was quite a while ago when I put that file there but if I
remember correctly there seemed to be quite a bit of carrier leakage.

To specifically respond to your question, no it isn't I/Q audio suitable
for QSE experimentation.

If I get a chance this weekend, I'll fire up Matlab and see about
generating some sample IQ audio data since you seem to have an interest
in such.
