The Visual Basic version of the Flex software is pretty old, the current 
version is in C# for the display/control functions and C for the DSP 
code. It requires MS Visual Studio 2003 with .NET 1.1

That being said if you are familiar with Visual Basic you can glean from 
it the code needed to implement a SDR software package.
