Hi Alberto,

I don't have one but from what I know it can be used by any program as
it can be programmed to emulate key presses, the program does not even
know about it. It can also be used directly from within a program and
I guess that in that case you have more latitude to do what you want.
There is also another SDR program - G8JCFSDR - which support
quadrature encoders connected to the serial port, see:
