I've been looking for some IC chips that can be used for SDR. I've located one. Its the RS2713 by RF Micro-Devices. I have requested a few samples from them . I hope to have them by next week. I'll try the receiver first. This chip takes the LO directly into it. The 90 Deg phase is built into the chip. The operating freq. is half the LO freq. I'll update this post after I test the chips.
