Dario, We had similar problems with the SDR-1000. We found that isolating the I and Q signals between the computer sound card and the radio with 600 ohm to 600 ohm audio transformers solved the problem. (ground loops) Radio Shack had a transformer that was not very expensive that worked fine. More expensive transformers did not seem to do a better job although some tried UTC's and Jensens's because of better HF response ratings. I used a box by ART and it cost about $30 US.
