JR,
despite some my apparent firm points, I judge myself as being
open-minded. Should the day arrive when a Vista machine is faster than
XP (on the same HW) in performing DSP and audio processing tasks, then
I will reconsider my position.

I don't know specifically about SDRadio, but I have a few reports
saying that Winrad does run well under Vista. Why are you still
interested in SDRadio, which is by now superseded by Winrad ?
If what you find lacking in Winrad are the AM and the ECSS
demodulator, just wait until the end of the year. Winrad 1.30 has
them, and it is already running fine on my test PC. I wait to release
it, as there are a few other things I would like to add.
