I was listening yesterday to a very weak beacon on 2 m band using a
Perseus + converter. I made comparison between Perseus and Winrad
software for detecting small signals.
Winrad is about 10 - 15 db more sensitive in my oppinion.

However Winrad is more difficult to use. Maybe you can improve on
following points:

- every time you start winrad you have to select input. The program
should start using the last used settings. I am mainly using Perseus
so it would be more convenient that program start directly using last
settings, in my case Perseus;

- Tuning for amateur bands is difficult using present system. I have
discovered that Commander from DXLab suite is working very nicely
with Perseus (ports 10 and 11).
Can you make winrad CI-v compatible to use other software for tuning
and memories?

- Perseus interface looks a little bit rudimentary and I am sure it
can be improved.

- FM is not activated.

Thanks for your attention.
