  A really good 192 kHz card is the E-MU 1212M (pay attention to the final 'M'. 
It exists a model without the 'M' but it 
does use an inferior quality Codec). When sampling at 192 kHz it exhibits a 
4-sample delay on one of the channels wrt 
the other, but Winrad can take care of that. It is a PCI card, and it needs 
_two_ PCI slots...
