Yes, that's a common problem - it's easier and cheaper to sample at 192k
samples/sec than it is to provide good audio input stages that are flat to
92kHz or higher.

Try the M-audio range - the Delta 44 is is a superb soundcard, and recommended
for use on top-quality SDRs like the SDR-1000.  Not sure if it's still
available though.  Or even better still are the Janus/ozy cards as used on the
High Performance SDR project  hpsdr.org
