Fred, please forgtet the last post - Winrad is now working.  Not sure 
what the difference is now, but it's working really nice.  I can use 
the LO freq at the righ side of Winrad and and change freq nicely.  

NOW to get the HF BPF module build - once Tony gets all the parts so 
he can ship.
