Hello Art,

that was done, but only for the demodulation part. Winrad cannot
control the frequency setting of the SDR-1000 nor all of the other
settings, unless somebody writes a DLL for that.

What was done (not by me) was to use PowerSDR to control the
hardware, and Winrad to filter and demodulate the signals entering the
PC sound card. I had reports from the guy who did this, that the audio
quality of Winrad was much better than that of PowerSDR.
