I believe WinradHD resizes automatically to the maximum vertical resolution of 
the display that you are using. The 'problem' with the original was that it 
only ran in 1024 x 768 as a minimum.

Not much point in running it in any smaller window, as you need the maximum 
size to make best use of it. Of course if you are not interested in actual 
performance, best to go for one of the SDR programs like PowerSDR, lots of 
'features, but generally much poorer basic performance, nowhere as good for 
real serious use, especially on the VHF bands.
