  when I need to do that, either I minimize Winrad, or bring (using Alt-Tab) 
the window of interest over the Winrad screen.

The SDR-IQ is really a good piece of hardware, I have one. But have you also 
considered a Perseus ? An outstanding product...

It is not a next version of Winrad, but a totally new program. But I am now 
busy to write a DLL to interface the HPSDR hardware...
