Why not keep things simple, we're all busy people, just share out whatever you want to share, however you want, as a workgroup, snippets of code, whatever.
If you have a suggested combination of tools or addons, share what's yours and just list out the rest, or just ask the author if they mind you including their tool in your bundle. Over time the best few bundles will float to the "popularity" top naturally, internet style. (Shrug) We work hard enough supporting ourselves, sharing with the community will only work if its something we can fit into already busy lives. If you have good stuff you think will help others, please share it out if you're comfortable doing so knowing that that effort will help this community grow.
