Hey guys, the next London user group will take place on wednesday the 25th September at 7pm (7.30 talks). We've publicized this already but in case anyone has missed the email or tweets or facebook posts! There will be some very talented peeps showing off some truly amazing work, so do register and we'll see you there! This is the same place as last time, as it worked so well for talks, and isn't too much of a detour between studio and pub ;)
Paul Charisse and Alex Counsell will be here to give you a behind the scenes tour and show you their latest progress on their animated performance capture feature film Stina and The Wolf. The team from Jellyfish will be showing some of their latest work. Sam Howell will be presenting what it took to bring the giant fish in "Jonah" to life, a project that made good use of Softimage, ICE, and Arnold.Dave Cook will be talking about how they used Softimage on Samsung Bear, while Jeremy Smith will be going into the details of the on-set supervision. And last but not least Michael Haas will be screening his recent short film "The Sunshine Egg" and will show you the techniques he used to create his film about a coop full of chickens. Only a couple of weeks to go so don't forget to register yourself here: http://www.softimagecreatives.com/siclondon/?page_id=1288 Cheers! The softimage creatives team
