That (27000@licserver) may have worked for some reason, but I wouldn't
leave it like that. I'd put 2080 there.

The port number before the @ symbol is supposed to be the port used by the
vendor daemon, in this case, adskflex. By default, adskflex uses 2080.
Most likely it is still using 2080, despite what you put there. Specifying
some port number somehow kicked things into gear :)

27000, on the other hand, is one of the possible ports used by the main
lmgrd daemon (it uses a port in the range 27000-27009).
lmgrd is responsible for running all the vendor daemons, like adskflex.
