I installed a bit ago and yes, is very game oriented and its been around for a while, so far that they still call our beloved software XSI :-) >From what I've understood it helps with game engines that already have buit-in Havok physics, or if a company want to integrate it into their game engine via the SDK
They've improved the animation department, especially ragdoll and cloth, but I don't know about the other stuff
