Maurice, Thank you for listening to the feedback. This makes my strategy so much simpler now. Having to choose between using Soft and being on maintenance made absolutely no sense to most of us, and in my case at least, meant that AD would probably be losing a maintenance customer over the policy. That was counterproductive from all sides.
I greatly appreciate the fact that AD listened.
