One of the things I liked about XSIBase was that you could subscribe to it just like you could subscribe to this list. All the "posts" came to your inbox the instant they were posted to the forum. You read what you wanted when you had time and you never missed anything. Each email had a link at the bottom if you wanted to reply. I don't even think most people knew XSIBase had this function. I used it all the time, it was awesome. Of course the point is moot now since it was destroyed by hackers.
Perhaps a feature like this could be implemented in other forums? It would make many of the people on this list very happy. Maybe this feature already exists and I don't know about it? For this to work you still have to register. But once that's out of the way, you never even have to visit the again site except to reply to posts. Ed
