FTrack is a very strong back end with good API. What you do on the front
end is up to you and your engineers/TDs. Definitely it's possible to code
tools like that on top of ftrack. They don't come ready out of the box (why
would they - they are company specific), but it's the same situation with
Shotgun AFAIK.
