Softimage 2015 license with Redshift and Royal Render

I know Softimage network license comes with an extra 5 mental ray 
rendering licenses.
We are slowly moving some rendering to Redshift, I understand Redshift 
license is on a per machine basis and so is Royal Render.
As long as you 1 Softimage network license, will that drive as many 
Redshift licenses and Royal Render licenses on the network?
I hope I asking this correctly.
