one thing that may or may not have anything to with this is installing or running SI as administrator. what happened to me couple times is if you have setup network paths and access details as user and run SI as administrator it doesn't see any network stuff. A bit had to explain but... For example I had access to storage as mirkoj user But if I run SI as administrator it cannot access storage with workgroup, projects etc.
Maybe has something to do with that?
