The problem only appears with 2014SP1 and 2015SP1, previous versions are ok (I don’t have a 2013 installer so I didn’t check) The /etc/hosts file issue, I remember that now that you mention it. Wasn’t it something to do with it needing to be formatted for csh rather than bash, or something of the sort?
