I also use the P-O-Z keys for navigation. It's more practical for left handed users such as myself as the free hand (right hand) can camp on those keys without being taken out of range of other commonly used keys. Also, having three keys provides more granular control over the camera (slow-medium-fast for all degrees of freedom). Using S you get all three keys in one, but you get robbed of granularity.
