i am so slow
i spend most of my time thinking about the next character and its relation
to its environment
i guess i work like a painter of old times
lots of thinking
no time for trying new tools
yet, i have renewed Painter 2021 and sought for some great new brushes
it could soon renew my inspiration translating 2d to 3d working with mental
ray (yes, no cycles ! ) and softimage
its not a surprise either coz i dislike so much entertainment movies from
all graphic trends:
why would i want to loose my heart and soul myself at competing for the
best particle system with "houdiniiiii"
and what to say about the 12 principles of animation?
what do people find intellectually challenging about doing or watching a
"squatch and stretch" smiirk, and the likes?
i recently though studied Manny Papamanos Larry videos and
i could say to understand as a consequence now some bit better 3d
"animation". i make slow progresses with it and this slowness with
everything
its the guarantee for the intellectual pleasure of learning to be directly
translatable in my slowly progressing work of ideas.
the speed of cinema is the watermark of hollywood .
the industry is full of talented people whose talent is broken along and
absorbed
the constant speed of fashion designers and producers. when you work in a
chain of art
i think you contemplate your feat, the speed as a womb, but you do not
master your life. its a problem delayed for another civilization to solve.
this civilisation which "does not move on".
