[softrock40] Smt caps

   The smt caps included with TXRXv6.2 kit have one side clear( no 
markings).The other side has a small circle inscribed on it.
   Question that I have is ... does it matter which side of caps are 
facing down. I expect it does'nt matter, but could someone tell me for 
sure.
